The Apple Farm Wedding | Maria & Ned
The Apple Farm in Philo, California provided a picturesque venue for this outdoor luxury wedding. The bride and groom got ready for their ceremony together and even had a ceremony run through prior to the big event. The bride wore a structured, strapless Vera Wang gown with a full tulle train and Christian Louboutin shoes. Her hair was styled in a center split chignon by Artists by Sherrie Long. Her statement Ralph Lauren pearl choker necklace was a gift from her groom during their dating. Her wildflower bouquet, made of red, pink, and yellow flowers and greenery, was arranged by the staff at The Apple Farm with their own wild grown flowers.
Guests sat on benches in the apple orchard where the bride met the groom in his black Paul Smith suit. All the surrounding flora and fauna provided natural decor for their ceremony. After congratulating the bride and groom, guests moved to the cocktail hour where they enjoyed an apple snack while we captured some bridal portraits among the apple trees. Two Paper Dolls designed seating assignment cards that were tucked among a tray of almonds. Round white tablecloth covered tables with wooden table numbers awaited guests. They were decorated with antique clay pots filled with small apples surrounded by apple leaf greenery. Guests enjoyed a sit down dinner prior to a two tier chocolate cake decorated with white flowers. Lights twinkled overhead as the bride and groom took to the dance floor to sway to music by Tumble Down House.
